Returns & Exchanges
- Please submit any return or exchange requests using the form below.
- We are unable to offer exchanges but have a process that we will guide you through - returning the item you are wanting to exchange and at the same time purchasing your desired item.
- Any refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Any item purchased from our independent stockist partners must be returned to them.
- We must be notified of any intent to return or exchange, within 7 days of item receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and free from any marks, with original packaging.
Talamaya.com - Returns for incorrect items sent:
- If we have sent you a product or size different to the one you ordered, we will happily exchange the item.
- Replacement of incorrect items will be free of charge
Talamaya.com - Returns for change of mind or size change:
- The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods. We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit. Insurance and/or registered delivery is recommended.
Talamaya.com - Returns for faulty products:
- We will happily refund or replace faulty items, subject to availability. Once items are physically returned to Talamaya we will first inspect and assess first.
- There is no return for change of mind on sale items
Talamaya.com - Promotions/Promotional Codes:
- Items purchased using a prmotional discount code can only be returned for store credit. This does not include items purchased using the introductory mailing list code.
Talamaya.com - Discounted/Sale items:
- Marked down items, like those purchased from the Sale section are final sale only.
